NIIT enters into a strategic alliance with Infospectrum to offer proven Educational Resource Planning Solutions

New Delhi, June 24, 2008: NIIT, a leading Global Talent Development Corporation and Asia’s No.1 trainer, today signed an agreement with

Infospectrum, a global software product development and technology services enterprise, to offer highly customizable Educational Resource

Planning Solutions in schools. Following this alliance, NIIT’s School Learning Solutions will extend its current offering for schools, to

include Educational Resource Planning, thus making it a completely integrated solutions provider for schools.  Infospectrum will continue to

undertake research & product development for these state-of-the-art solutions.

An agreement to this effect was signed between Mr. L. Balasubramanian, President -NIIT’s School Learning Solutions and Mr. Jay Chopde, CEO&

Founder- Infospectrum, here today. The strategic alliance results in offering ‘Quick SchoolTM’ an Educational Resource Planning tool for

schools. QuickSchoolTM is an integrated and comprehensive solution that spans across all functional requirements and departments of educational

institutions.

QuickSchoolTM allows the schools to manage information on Academics, Staff, Students, Examination, Attendance, Fees, Schedules, Payroll,

Recruitment, Library, Hostel, Transport, Inventory etc on a real time basis.  Teachers, Management and other users can use these modules with

minimal training. Its modular design gives the educational institution flexibility and scalability that can be configured in line with the growth

of the institution.

Sai Baba Central School  amongst others, would become part of the NIIT eGURU Solution offering. While NIIT will bring its expertise and reach in

schools, Infospectrum will offer exclusive development and customization of the School ERP solution and modules for varied needs.
