Am I eligible to apply ?

The minimum eligibility to join is:
  • Applicant should not be an engineering graduate, diploma engineer, CA & MBA
  • 10th to Graduation must be in regular mode only
  • Age-25 years or lower as on date of Application on ICICI Careers
  • Graduation- 50% or higher on aggregate or equivalent CGPA
  • No break/gap in education
  • Work experience after graduation should be less than 12 months
  • Applicant should not have relative working in ICICI Bank
  • Applicant should not have been interviewed for any role/program in ICICI Bank in last 6 months
  • Applicant should have willingness to do sales
  • Applicant should be locationally mobile.

    Frequently asked questions

    Graduates from any stream except engineering (with or without work experience) with age between 19-25 (at the training start date) and who are interested to have a rewarding career in ICICI Bank.

    Candidates are required to appear for the ICICI Aptitude Test, followed by an online Personal Interview conducted by the NIIT panel. Candidates who successfully clear the NIIT interview will then be shortlisted for a final interview with ICICI Bank, conducted at designated ICICI branch locations. Candidates who clear all the above stages will be eligible to register for the programme.

    The programme comes with a placement offer from ICICI Bank. On successful completion of the course, the candidates will be absorbed in the bank but the exact assignment and nature of the work will be the sole prerogative of ICICI Bank. Sales will be an essential feature of all the possible roles.

    This programme is immersive and provides you with a realistic experience of working with customers, products, processes, and systems of ICICI Bank. The programme will extensively engage you in role plays, case studies, persona-based problem solving, and assignments to get you ready for the Relationship Manager role. Expert faculty act as mentors throughout the learning journey. The programme incorporates the latest knowledge of the products and processes of ICICI Bank.

    This is a 15-day residential training programme conducted at selected NIIT-approved campuses.

    In addition to meeting the basic programme eligibility criteria, candidates should possess strong communication skills and have a good command of both English and the local language, in written as well as spoken form.
